Diana Dubinsky is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner who specializes in both preoperative and postoperative bariatric surgery care and obesity medicine.
Expertise
Diana earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program in Israeli’s Haifa and Technion Universities and then completed her Doctorate’s degree in nursing at the University of Washington, Seattle.
Diana is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, she is a member of the Obesity Medicine Association, and the American Nurses Association. She has many years of experience working with post-surgical patients. She has a background in postoperative and post anesthesia care and participated in endoscopic procedures. She has a particular interest in gastroenterology, endocrinology, metabolism, nutrition and psychology.
Patient Care Philosophy
I believe that body, mind and spirit are three parts of a whole, working together for overall well-being and fulfilling life. It is a profound privilege and joy to be a part of the transformational weight loss journey through the mutually trusted lasting relationship with my patients on their pass to the healthier versions of themselves. in creating a long, lasting healing relationship with my patients. I enjoy connecting with them and cheering them on throughout their weight loss journey. I feel rewarded when I see patients becoming healthier, more active and achieving a better quality of life.
Interests
In my free time, I enjoy walking or jogging in nature. I love listening to podcasts about medicine, psychology, nutrition, philosophy and style. Also, I love reading and making all kinds of visual arts from watercolor paintings to sculpting.
I believe that together, we create a vibrant and beautiful mosaic of grand picture of life.
