Driving Directions:

Take I-5 to 128th Street exit (exit #186) and turn East on 128th. (From I-5 North bound, this is a right-hand turn as you come off the ramp.)

Take a right at the first stoplight on 128th, turning onto 3rd Avenue SE. It will curve to the right and become 130th Street SE. Just after the curve, you will see a 3-story marble office building on the right. The entrance to the Northwest Weight Loss Surgery is on the first floor.
